Ston & Korčula
Full day (up to 12 hours)
Korčula is an island on the southern part of the Croatian cost, but also it is an old medieval fortified town, usually called as small Dubrovnik.
The island is separated from the Pelješac peninsula by channel and the shortest distance between them is 1270 m, and there are frequent ferries which connect two sides.
Old town of Korčula is surrounded by walls and the streets were made in form of herringbone, in order to allow free circulation and protection from strong winds
Take a stroll through the cobbled streets and familiarize with the history of this charming town. In the meantime enjoy in local food and wine, served in one of many restaurants. Enjoy in Moreška, weapon dance, traditionally danced on special occasion, but now it is performed twice a week.
